Job summary

The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to provide professional massage and body treatments on-site. You will contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering personalized spa experiences in a pristine setting.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
