Forks Hospital Foundation is seeking a Massage Therapist to administer and direct examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, rehab prognoses and procedures used in massage therapy for patients referred by physicians in accordance with Washington licensure requirements. Position is part-time (0.5 FTE), weekdays with variable shifts.

Job description

Job Overview

Administers and directs the examination, evaluation, determination of a massage therapy diagnosis, rehabilitation prognosis and procedural interventions utilized in massage medicine and rehabilitation of persons requiring Massage Therapy services following a medical screening and referral by a physician within the licensure requirements of the State of Washington.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Massage Therapy. Licensure: Holds current Washington State Massage Practitioner License.
