Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage and body treatments in a nurturing environment.
• Adhere to all licensing, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Assess guest needs and modify treatments accordingly.
• Keep equipment and treatment areas clean and organized.
• Support team members and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current state license or certification as a massage therapist.
• Minimum one year of experience in a luxury spa setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
