Job summary

Alila Ventana Big Sur is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver personalized, high-end massage and body treatments in a serene luxury setting. You will contribute to guest wellbeing with attentive, intuitive service. Must hold CAMTC Certification; license preferred.

Excellent communication and guest relations are essential. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required to support operations. Gas stipend, complimentary daily meals, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus offered.

A Massage Therapist responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. Must have good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Must also have appropriate certifications.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.90 per hour + Commission, and Gratuity. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.

• This position qualifies for a $1000 sign on bonus! $500 will be paid out on your first paycheck and $500 paid after 90 days of employment.
