Miraval Arizona is seeking a skilled massage therapist to deliver exceptional massage and body treatments within a luxury wellness setting. The position offers a focused training program and flexibility to progress at your own pace based on skillset and experience.

This part-time and on-call role may advance to full-time, requires a current Arizona Massage Therapist license, and requires availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY

A massage therapist is responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience and process.

Part-Time and On-Call positions are available with the future potential to advance into a Full-Time position.

Must possess a current and valid Arizona Massage Therapist License to be considered for the position.If you are planning to relocate the state and hold a current and valid license in another state, please make a note of that in your application, we may be willing to financially reimburse the ideal candidate new to Arizona licensure for their license transfer fees.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The ideal massage therapist candidate will have the instinct to exude the following:

• Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment with the guest, indicators in treatment and contraindications
• Exceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment
• Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Organizational skills
• High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness
• Availability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required
