Join Our Team as a Massage Therapist (On Call) at Montage International

We are seeking a passionate and professional Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage and spa treatments at Montage International. This role involves delivering high-quality services, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage, wellness therapies, and body treatments to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain retail sales and upsell targets.
• Participate in pre/post shift meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Assist guests and coordinate services to meet their needs.
• Support team efforts and participate in spa promotions and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid massage therapy certification from a recognized institution.
• Insurance coverage and continuing education as required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury spa setting.
• Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, with proficiency in at least two additional modalities listed in the original description.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury spa environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Additional training in holistic and clinical modalities, wellness practices, and botanical ingredients.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks associated with spa treatments and maintenance.

Compensation

The pay scale for this position is $16.50 per hour.
