Job summary

Alila Ventana Big Sur, part of Hyatt Hotels, seeks a Massage Therapist to deliver massage and body treatments with exceptional guest care. Must hold CAMTC certification and bring strong communication and service skills in a luxury resort setting.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required; benefits include guest-focused service, a premium guest experience, and a collaborative team atmosphere at a premier location on the California coast.

Qualifications

A Massage Therapist responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. Must have good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Must also have appropriate certifications.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.90 per hour + Commission, and Gratuity. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.

• This position qualifies for a $1000 sign on bonus! $500 will be paid out on your first paycheck and $500 paid after 90 days of employment.
