Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. We do not require experience however the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs and provide tailored massage therapy treatments. This role is essential in promoting overall wellness, and we specialize in lymphatic drainage, post op and esthetic massage

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Utilize various massage technique to address specific client concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients before, during, and after their sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives and enhance patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in massage therapy and continuously improve skills through professional development opportunities.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with clinic policies.

Requirements

• Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology
• Excellent patient assessment skills to tailor treatments effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is a plus but not required.
