Applies a range of appropriate therapeutic treatments, including manual massage therapy. Develops and implements individualized therapeutic massage treatment plans. Ensures effective delivery of care to promote patient well-being and recovery. ## Essential Functions• Applies physical evaluation techniques to assess patient condition.• Develops individualized treatment plans based on clinical data and protocols.• Performs manual therapy and therapeutic interventions as indicated.• Operates therapeutic devices for various treatment modalities.• Documents therapy and maintains patient confidentiality in accordance with policies.• Provides education to patients, families, clinicians, and the community.• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure quality care.• Supports compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.• Reports and evaluates equipment issues and participates in equipment assessment.• Performs other duties as assigned. ## Education RequirementHigh school diploma or equivalent and vocational/technical training in a designated technical area ## Experience Requirement0–2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.All experience must be paid and in the same related field.Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted. ## Certifications & LicensuresMassage Therapy license ## Working ConditionsA.
