Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Full-Time Massage Therapist for our beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa. Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and state laws.
• Perform guest activities professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work cooperatively with management and staff to maximize guest satisfaction and profits.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance, including hygiene standards.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, avoiding internal matters discussions.
• Conduct consultations and communicate effectively with clients about medical conditions and treatments.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Be knowledgeable about massage and body services, including pricing.
• Perform services as trained, maintaining sanitary treatment rooms.
• Promote and sell retail products.
• Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with training and stay current on industry techniques and products.
• Maintain valid certifications/licenses and display them appropriately.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Able to handle pressure professionally.

Work Schedule & Physical Requirements

• The spa operates 12-16 hours daily, 7 days a week; shifts may vary based on business needs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow safety procedures; capable of bending, stooping, and lifting moderate weights.
