Shift: Part-Time; 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.

As a Massage Therapist, a typical day will include:

• Setting up a workstation and/or treatment room with necessary products, equipment, and supplies.
• Providing massage services to Owners/guests using props (e.g., rain sticks, hot stones, pregnancy cushions) and/or products (e.g., oils, gels, lotions).
• Answering questions about services available in the spa/salon to assist individuals in selecting a service.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift.
• Demonstrating, promoting, and selling spa/salon retail products.
• Monitoring and sticking to a schedule to stay on time throughout the day.
• Maintaining current licensure in the service area (e.g., massage therapy, nail services) by taking continuing education if needed and renewing license before expiration.

• Welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Massage Therapist at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening per company policy and legal requirements.
