Pay: $30K - $60K per year (Full-time)

Expected Hours:

• Full-time:30 hours per week
• Other schedule arrangements may be available, with weekly hours ranging from20 to 40, depending on availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massages (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy).
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and health history.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Educate clients on massage benefits and recommend wellness plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
• Stay updated on techniques and maintain required licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program andlicense or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• Proficiency in massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy).
• Ability to customize sessions based on client needs and preferences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, and client care.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
