Genesis Health Clubs Milagro Spa in Wichita, KS is seeking highly professional, licensed massage therapists for part-time positions. The role involves delivering high-quality massages and specialty treatments to promote relaxation and wellness, tailoring sessions to each client's needs.

Candidates should hold an active massage therapy license (MBlex or accredited school certification accepted) and be willing to train on Milagro Spa protocols. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

The Milagro Spa at Genesis Health Club in Wichita, KS (Rock Road location) seeks highly professional, dependable, licensed massage therapists for PT positions.

Massage Therapists at the Milagro Spa provide exceptional massage and specialty body treatments that promote relaxation, overall wellness and rejuvenation.

The role requires a high level of expertise in various massage techniques and the ability to deliver personalized experiences tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. In addition to providing massages, the Massage Therapist performs specialty body treatments such as wraps and scrubs, utilizing luxurious products to enhance the spa experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for well‑being.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Massage Therapy License (Acredited Massage School certification & /or MBlex certification accepted)
• Relevant Experience Preferred
• Profound understanding of various massage techniques, and willingness to train on our Milagro Spa protocols and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and address their concerns.
• Adherence to a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Follow Spa service protocols.
• Knowledge of Spa and Genesis Health Club policies.
• Maintenance of client documentation.
• Attend training, education, meetings, and events.
• Keep work space clean, organized and stocked with proper supplies.
• Strive to meet service and retail goals.
