Responsibilities

• Deliver customized therapeutic and relaxation massage services that exceed luxury hospitality standards while addressing individual guest wellness goals

• Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, attentive follow-through, and genuine care for guest well-being

• Maintain immaculate treatment spaces that reflect our commitment to safety, hygiene, and the refined ambiance expected in luxury spa environments

• Curate thoughtful retail recommendations that enhance each guest's at-home wellness journey

Physical Demands

Therapists must maintain professional appearance, verbal clarity, and visual acuity for detailed client assessment.

Work Schedule Expectations

Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest demand in a luxury hospitality environment.
