Job summary

Elements Massage Southlake is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our studio in Southlake, TX. We believe exceptional client care begins with therapist care and we provide a collaborative, supportive environment where you can thrive.

You will provide customized sessions, build lasting client relationships, educate clients on self-care, maintain SOAP notes, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming studio. Evening/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas massage license required.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions based on client needs and goals.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage long-term client wellness.
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations and self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation.
