PalmLeaf Massage and Wellness in Simi Valley invites an independent massage therapist to join our medical office. We specialize in acupuncture and Oriental medicine with over 20 years of experience, led by doctors dedicated to holistic care.

This independent contracting role lets you build your own client base within a supportive medical environment, with active promotion of your services to our patients and a professional workspace.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist with medical massage experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
• Self-starter who can build and grow a client base within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage sessions (prenatal, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage) to patients and tailor pressure/technique.
• Offer additional techniques such as cupping, stretching and sports taping to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients on benefits, aftercare, and at-home practices; keep detailed treatment notes.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment space; follow hygiene protocols and CPR/licensing requirements.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications; assist in marketing to new clients.
• Stay current with premium skills (trigger point therapy) and ongoing health concepts to support client outcomes.

While we cannot guarantee clients, we are committed to actively and enthusiastically promoting massage therapy to our patients. Your success is our priority, and we will work closely with you to help build your client base.

Independently Contracted Position: This is not a salaried position but an opportunity for you to establish and grow your own business within our office.

Generous Revenue Share: Unlike many other practices, we offer a capped split on revenue. After reaching a certain threshold, you will earn 100% of what we charge, allowing you to maximize your income and truly benefit from the growth of your client base.
