Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Massage Therapist to create a relaxing ambiance for guests and administer professional massage and body treatments in a clean, safe spa environment.

Applicants must hold an Ohio massage license and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. A leadership style grounded in collaboration and service is valued at our family-owned resort.

• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aMassage Therapist.In this role, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing ambiance for our guests while administrating professional massage and body treatments all while ensuring a clean, safe and well-organized spa facility.an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Provide accurate appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
