Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage and bodywork services tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and sensitivity in every client interaction.
• Comply with all spa policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Encourage clients to schedule future appointments and support client retention.
• Follow work schedules as assigned by management.
• Maintain a positive attitude with flexibility regarding evenings and Saturdays.
• Assist in maintaining clean, organized treatment areas and support team members.
• Stay open to learning and adopting new skills in a wellness setting.
