Essential Functions
- Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
- Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all massages and body treatments including towels, sheets, disposable panties, etc.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
- Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform services.
- Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed.
- Answer all questions related to services performed and products used.
- Perform other related services as assigned by manager.
- Remain on time for work and appointments.
Supportive Functions
In addition to the essential functions, this position may perform a combination of supportive functions. The percentage of time for each function is determined by the supervisor based on the company’s requirements.

Other Duties
Assimilate into The Hilton Family PRIDE/CARE culture and demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards. Maintain regular attendance in conformance with the standards.

The position reports directly to none.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education
- High school graduate or GED.
- Graduated from an accredited school of massage therapy.
Experience
- Prior experience as a massage therapist.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Experience in a resort spa preferred.
Licenses or Certificates
- Arizona Massage Therapist License – must be in good standing with the Arizona Massage Board.
Other
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Passionate about providing exceptional experiences for others.
- Professional conduct.
- No solicitating to guests is allowed.
Grooming
All team members must maintain a neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance. Hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back in a presentable fashion. Uniforms will be provided and worn.
Notice
Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting weights up to 50 lbs may be required. The hospitality business operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. A hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
Compensation
$5.60 per hour.
