Job summary

XWELL is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our high-energy wellness environment at airports.

You will provide a range of massage and bodywork services, conduct client consultations, maintain professional standards, and contribute to sales through retail offerings. Must hold an active state license. Full-time benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, and scholarship support.

To be considered for this role, you must hold an active and valid Massage Therapy License in the state where you are applying and performing services. Applications without the correct state license will not be considered.

Duties

• Provide a range of professional massage and body work services in alignment with spa protocols.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough consultations, ensuring guest comfort and safety at all times.
• Support the spa’s success through teamwork, service excellence, and sales performance.
• Uphold all sanitation and safety protocols to exceed industry and company standard.
• Sells retail products that add to the health, wellness, beauty experience.
