Responsibilities

• Performing quality, therapeutic bodywork aligned with scope of practice and licensing guidelines.
• Customizing massage services based on client needs within company protocols.
• Ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

• Fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting team goals.
• Maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Utilizing approved modalities per legal requirements.
• Having appropriate training for specialized therapies like hot stone, deep tissue, or prenatal massage.
• Designing sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Accurately completing client documentation.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Skilled professional with at least 500 hours of massage therapy education, certification, and licensing as per state laws.
• Continuously seeking knowledge with ongoing education, including Swedish and deep tissue massage.
• Effective communicator who understands client needs and manages expectations.
• Advocate for total body care by recommending follow-up treatments and products.
• Team player with punctuality and adaptability.
