Horizon Home Care and Hospice, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Massage Therapist. The responsibilities include:

1. Interviewing patients and determining appropriate massage therapy techniques
2. Traveling to patient homes, facilities, or hospital units to perform massage services
3. Communicating and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team (including Hospice Nurses, Social Workers, Aides, Chaplains, and Music Therapists)
4. Documenting on computer in adherence to policies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accredited Massage Therapy Program
• Must have a current Massage or Body Therapy licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in massage therapy, preferably in home care and/or hospice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer proficiency strongly preferred
• Valid WI Driver's License and reliable, insured vehicle

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9 am - 2 pm. No weekends.
