Aesthetica Organic Spa is a 3 years old Day Spa and we believe true wellness starts from with, and that applies to our team just as much as our clients. We are seeking a skilled, passionate Licensed Massage Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment dedicated to organic self-care and five-star customer service.

About The Role

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional therapeutic and relaxation massage services at our Houston spa. The ideal candidate is skilled in a variety of modalities, comfortable working with a diverse clientele, and passionate about organic wellness and personalized client care. And can treat few clients/patients a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, intake assessments, and follow-up recommendations to ensure safe and effective massage therapy plans.
• Maintaina calm, welcoming treatment space consistent with standards for cleanliness, organic product use, and spa ambiance.
• Collaborate with estheticians and spa staff .
• Keep up-to-date with massage therapy techniques, safety protocols, and continuing education to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Texas massage therapy license and liability insurance.
• No experience necessary.
• Lymphatic massage -certification isa plus.
• Capable to do Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques; prenatal and sports massage experience preferred.
• Strong client communication skills, attentiveness to comfort and boundaries, and commitment to personalized care.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a tranquil, restorative environment.

Spa Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays 9-5pm, Wednesday 9:30am- 5:30pm, Thursday 9-4pm, Fridays and Sat 9-2pm

Key Qualifications & Demeanor:

Calm & Grounded Energy: A reassuring, peaceful presence that puts clients at ease immediately.

Knowledge in Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Schedule & Working Hours:

Fixed Weekly Schedule (1–2 Days): We require 1 to 2 set days per week dedicated to your schedule. Having fixed days allows us to actively market your availability and pre-book client appointments in advance.

Shift Range: On your scheduled days, you should be open to taking appointments as early as 9:00 AM or as late as 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM, depending on client bookings.

On-Call & Growth Expectations:

Flexibility for Extra Shifts: Outside of your fixed days, we may reach out for last-minute opportunities (with 24 hours' notice, or occasionally same-day hours in advance if your schedule permits).

Dedicated Commitment: Willingness to come in even if only one client is booked for the day.

Growth Mindset: We cannot guarantee full client rosters every week starting out, but we are looking for a therapist who is motivated to partner with us and build a thriving, long‑term lymphatic drainage clientele.
