Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to provide relaxation and wellness services to guests. The role demands operational excellence and adherence to safety practices while ensuring a clean environment.
Ideal candidates must hold a California Massage Therapy license and have at least two years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, providing massages, and communicating with guests about their wellness needs.
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Spa Services, the Massage Therapist provides relaxation, wellness and restoration to guests through Best in Class Spa services, including massages, body treatments and overall general wellness care. The therapist maintains operational excellence, product/service knowledge and superior safety and sanitization best practices, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patrons, team members and vendors while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
The primary work environment is a climate‑controlled office setting with occasional travel to meetings, trade shows and conferences. The role may require evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Required physical capabilities include lifting, carrying or moving objects up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 40 pounds occasionally, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and repetitive motions. The position involves primarily sedentary work, including extended periods of sitting, standing, walking and operating a computer and related office equipment. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, including secondhand smoke, may occur. Reasonable accommodation will be provided in compliance with applicable law.
