Overview

Opportunity: Massage Therapist

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will relieve pain and stress, assist in injury rehabilitation, improve circulation, increase relaxation, and promote general wellness for clients.

The compensation for this role is commission-based.

We offer a sign-on bonus: $500 for employees committing to 1+ day/week ($150 after 90 days and $350 after 9 months), or $1,000 for 3+ days/week ($250 after 90 days and $750 after 9 months).

Essential Job Functions

• Assess guest needs and inquire about their physical well-being to perform appropriate services.
• Recommend suitable spa products to guests.
• Manipulate muscles or soft tissues to achieve desired results professionally.
• Perform body treatments using safe and professional techniques.
• Maintain inventory of all necessary products and supplies.
• Keep a neat and orderly work area that reflects high standards.
• Stay updated on personal services and techniques.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Uphold sanitation, sterilization, and restocking standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to schedule requirements.
• Assist in other spa duties when not performing services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective gear, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited massage therapy school.
• Maintain a current state license.
• Minimum of 1+ year experience as a licensed massage therapist.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Work hours may vary and include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
