Spavia Guilford Commons is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists at all levels of experience to join our team. We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Guilford, CT.

Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment, with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligibility for bonuses and sales commissions. Earnings can start from $50 - $75 per massage including gratuity, or approximately $40,000-$75,000 per year based on a 30-hour workweek.

Compensation is based on experience. We offer a full range of spa treatments, including signature massages, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages, along with massage enhancements like CBD and Hypervolt. In-house training is provided. Guests can also enjoy skincare, body scrubs, wraps, and more.
