Massage Envy Gilbert Highland is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver therapeutic bodywork that aligns with client goals. You will engage clients, assess needs, and provide sessions that enhance wellbeing while maintaining excellent care standards.

Full- and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling. The team offers ongoing training, a supportive culture, and access to continuing education and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Arizona.
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
