Job summary

Massage Envy Carmel Mountain is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in California to deliver therapeutic bodywork, communicate client needs, and guide clients through sessions. This role emphasizes ongoing learning of new protocols and products while helping clients pursue wellness goals.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with supportive leadership, ongoing education, and a culture focused on client outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist per California licensing requirements.
• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy school with a certificate.
• Passion for improving the lives of clients and willingness to learn new protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve goals.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in California
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more)

Day-to-Day:

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
