Massage Envy Mesa is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to perform therapeutic bodywork and help clients pursue wellness goals. You will communicate with clients, tailor sessions to their needs, and maintain ongoing client relationships to maximize outcomes.

Qualified candidates have Arizona LMT licensure, 500 hours of massage school, and a passion for improving lives. The role offers a flexible schedule and supportive mentorship within a franchise network.

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Arizona.
• Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Willing to learn protocols and products (Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
