Job summary

PalmLeaf Massage and Wellness is seeking a skilled massage therapist to join a well-established practice serving the Carrboro area. Part-time or full-time roles available, with competitive pay and tips based on a 40/60% to 25/75% split and a loyal client base to grow with.

You will deliver professional massage therapy, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a supportive team focused on growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current NC Massage Therapy license is required.
• 2 years of hands-on massage experience preferred.
• Strong ability to attract and retain both new and existing clients.
• Professional presence and excellent client service skills are essential.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Comfort performing massage therapy for extended periods.
• Current professional liability insurance is required.
