Massage Therapist - Carmel, Indiana

Every 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month

HealthFitness is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the team at our corporate client site located in Carmel, IN. In this position, you will be responsible for administering professional chair massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.

Monthly chair massage events - every 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month, 1:00pm - 4:30pm.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
• General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
• Deliver on-site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) in addition to a spa-like environment within a fitness center.
• Function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department-wide events and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Massage Therapy License for the state of Indiana required.
• Must provide own massage chair.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Good communication skills; listening and verbal.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: $60 - $70/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
