About Us
Bellevue Chiropractic Associates is an established, multidisciplinary clinical practice in Bellevue specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and personal injury/auto accident recovery. We are looking for a dedicated, professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who accepts or is willing to credential with health insurance (General Health Insurance / Commercial & PI) to join our collaborative care team.
What We Offer (Our Support for Your Success)
- Guaranteed Hourly Base Pay ($30/hr): For your first 2 months, we provide a guaranteed base rate of $30/hour during your scheduled shift hours, even during gaps or when you don't have scheduled patients.
- Insurance Reimbursement Top-Up / Subsidy: If standard commercial health insurance reimbursement is lower during your onboarding, the clinic will supplement the compensation during the first 2 months so your take-home pay remains strong.
- Active Patient Building (First 2–3 Months): We aggressively channel our internal chiropractic, PIP (auto accident), and wellness patient flow directly to your schedule so you can quickly build a full, steady caseload within 2 to 3 months.
- Full Administrative & Billing Support: We handle all patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing/claims processing, and reception support so you can focus 100% on patient care.
- Modern Clinical Facility: Modern clinic setting equipped with electronic charting, treatment tables, and clean professional amenities.
Responsibilities

- Experience with or strong interest in medical/clinical massage, auto accident (PIP), and musculoskeletal rehab.
- Reliable, patient-centered, and communicative team player.
