Job summary

Bellevue Chiropractic Associates in Bellevue, WA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide clinical massage therapy and work with chiropractor and acupuncturist to design personalized treatment plans.

The role offers a guaranteed $30/hour base for the first 2 months, plus insurance top-up, full admin and billing support, and active patient-building referrals to help you grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Washington State Massage Therapist License (LMT).
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Credentialed with major commercial health insurance panels (or eligible and willing to be credentialed with clinic guidance).
• Experience with medical/clinical massage and musculoskeletal rehab.
• Reliable, patient-centered, and communicative team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-based medical and clinical massage therapy (Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, neuromuscular re-education).
• Collaborate with our Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncturist to design and carry out customized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical SOAP notes for insurance documentation.
