Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments according to established treatment protocols and guest preferences
• Greet guests warmly with a professional salutation, ensuring a welcoming and calming experience
• Conduct guest consultations to assess physical well-being, preferences, and contraindications prior to treatment
• Customize treatments as appropriate to meet individual guest needs while adhering to treatment guidelines
• Explain treatment services, techniques, and benefits clearly and professionally
• Educate guests on recommended home-care products and spa services; actively support retail sales initiatives
• Maintain accurate and complete guest treatment records while ensuring strict confidentiality of all personal and medical information
• Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards for treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment environment and shared spa facilities
• Participate in staff meetings, ongoing training, product knowledge sessions, and team initiatives
• Be knowledgeable of all spa services, amenities, and resort offerings to confidently answer guest inquiries
• Conduct spa facility tours for guests as requested
• Report any guest concerns, treatment issues, injuries, or equipment malfunctions immediately to leadership
• Arrive for scheduled shifts on time, prepared, and in professional presentation
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards with self and colleagues

Main Duties
