Work with the Inspirit Salon & Spa manager to develop therapeutic massage services. Provide massage therapy, advanced massage therapy, education, and related services to clients from infant to adult. Develop appropriate treatment plans.

Description

As a Massage Therapist, you will work with the team to provide therapeutic massage services, develop treatment plans, and educate clients and staff about massage therapy and its benefits.

Required Education, Experience, and Certification

• Certification as Massage Therapist according to the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). If not nationally certified, must obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
• Certified in CPR
• Experience in an Oncology setting is preferred.

1. Be punctual, perform services within scheduled times, and ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
3. Collaborate on care plans and assessments.
4. Provide educational programs and promote services and products.
5. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
6. Assist with laundry and other duties as assigned.
7. Support the team by providing massage services on patient floors and during community programs.
8. Adhere to professional dress code and support flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
9. Learn and assist with front desk duties as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
