The Front Desk Associate (FDA) at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the FDA is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions
• Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and promotions to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist in promoting membership options, retail products, and additional services

Requirements
