Job summary

Brock & Scott, PLLC in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney licensed in Massachusetts with a strong background in residential foreclosure. The ideal candidate will handle foreclosure-related litigation, review case files and titles, and represent clients in court as part of a dynamic legal team focused on efficient, compliant, and client-focused representation.

Massachusetts Bar admission is required; Rhode Island and New Hampshire bar admissions are preferred.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Massachusetts Bar in good standing; admission in Rhode Island and New Hampshire preferred.
3–5 years civil litigation experience, with priority for residential/commercial real estate, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims.

Responsibilities

Litigation duties in residential foreclosure and real estate matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal opinions and memoranda.
Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions and other client appearances.
Analyze cases, propound discovery, and respond to requests.
Maintain case management reports and coordinate with paralegals on assigned matters.
