This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate, and related litigation while handling matters from initiation through resolution, with collaboration from experienced attorneys, clients, and legal professionals to develop case strategy and provide client

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure matters through various stages of the legal process, including contested and litigated cases.
• Draft, review, and approve pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other foreclosure-related legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and other legal proceedings, both virtually and in person.
• Analyze complex case issues and provide practical, solutions-focused legal guidance.
• Conduct detailed reviews of chains of title, loan documentation, and other property-related records to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing timely case updates, legal guidance, and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and operational teams to ensure matters progress efficiently and in accordance with client requirements, applicable law, and firm standards.
• Monitor deadlines, court requirements, and case activity while effectively managing a high-volume caseload.
• Participate in special projects and other initiatives that support the continued growth and development of the practice.]
