Confidential Employer in Cedar Grove, NJ is seeking a litigation attorney to handle complex, high-stakes mass tort matters. You will work on investigations through resolution, including depositions, case strategy development, and drafting strong motions and documents.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of litigation experience and active NJ or NY bar status. You will collaborate with medical and industry experts and manage deadlines in a fast-paced team focused on client outcomes.

• Experience conducting fact and expert witness depositions.
