Job summary

Burnett Specialists in Dallas seeks a Mass Torts Intake Paralegal to support a mass tort practice from our Dallas office. This is an in-office role with a salary range of $80k-$90k per year plus discretionary bonuses and raises annually in December.

Benefits are provided and non-exempt hourly pay applies. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with mass tort or MDL matters, and a collaborative, team-player attitude.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with mass tort or MDL is a plus.
• Drafting documents is required.
• Ability to conduct defendant research.

Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents as part of mass tort matters.
• Performing defendant research and factual investigations.
• Assist in mass tort intake while supporting trial team.
• Collaborate with two shareholders and other attorneys.

Job Duties and Required Qualifications:
