The position involves handling mass tort phases, drafting pleadings and motions, coordinating with experts, and contributing to trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience preferred; all motivated candidates considered.
• Active membership in a State Bar.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and bellwether/trial preparation.
• Assist and lead (depending on experience) in discovery, including identifying key documents, deposing witnesses, and preparing responses.
• Assist with and conduct depositions (fact and expert) and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Work closely with expert witnesses from vetting to preparation and participate in trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on strategy and execution.
