Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate strongly preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two-plus years' experience in toxic tort and/or general litigation preferred.
• Experience supporting in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine legal documents.
• Manage multiple cases from start to trial.
• Collect documents from various sources.
• Collect, organize, analyze and summarize medical records.
• Review and analyze documents.
• Conduct document searches and factual research.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
• Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts, discovery materials, and case documents.
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation support materials.
