Torklaw is seeking a Mass Tort Case Coordinator to support the legal team by handling client communication, surveys, and case-related information within deadlines. This client-facing role involves outbound calls, collecting medical records, and maintaining accurate documentation in the case management system.

The ideal candidate will excel at organizing tasks, managing time-sensitive surveys, and communicating professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients who may be frustrated or difficult to reach.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple client matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients regarding required case surveys and information requests.
• Explain survey processes and ensure completion within deadlines.
• Collect and organize client medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist clients in completing surveys and obtaining requested information.
• Follow up with clients who have not responded or provided complete information.
• Maintain outreach to ensure survey completion before deadlines.
• Document communications, outreach attempts, and survey status in the case management system.
• Provide regular status updates on outstanding responses to team members.
• Identify client questions or issues needing attorney input.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to address priority matters promptly.
• Assist with additional client outreach and administrative tasks as needed.
