Job summary

AVA Law Group is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to own high-volume mass tort campaigns, design workflows, and implement scalable processes. The role requires diagnosing operating needs, building structured case status and review procedures, and coordinating with attorneys and partners to maintain momentum.

The candidate will lead campaign buildout, oversee day-to-day execution, and develop templates, dashboards, and communication tools to ensure timely resolutions and consistent execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a law firm or legal setting.
• Experience with mass tort or high-volume case management.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary based on campaign needs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build and own workflows, dashboards, and case status structures for campaigns.
• Review case files, identify gaps, and route cases to attorneys.
• Direct and prioritize team workload; create templates and checklists.
• Prepare campaign updates and reports for attorneys, staff, and leadership.
