Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in a State Bar.
- 2–4 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and navigate mass tort litigation phases including pleadings, discovery, motions, and bellwether/trial prep.
- Assist and lead discovery efforts, document review, and witness depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and fact sheets.
- Collaborate with expert witnesses from vetting through preparation.
- Support trial preparation and courtroom work.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.

Responsibilities
- Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and bellwether/trial preparation
- Assist and lead discovery efforts, including document review and witness depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and fact sheets
- Work closely with expert witnesses from vetting through preparation
- Participate in trial preparation and assist in courtroom trial work
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a State Bar
- 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Experience with complex civil or commercial litigation
