The role requires 3-6 years of experience, a civil/structural degree and a PE license, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of structural engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Seismic design experience (Cascadia context a plus).
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP and RISA.
• Collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative building structures across multiple materials with mass timber exposure.
• Apply concrete, steel, masonry and wood expertise on mid-rise residential, civic and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with project teams across US and New Zealand networks.
• Contribute to sustainable and resilient design solutions.
