Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, Mass Timber experience.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, including subcontractor work and material handling, ensuring safety and quality.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets; implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
