Ideal candidates have a PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology and 10+ years of experience with high‑resolution MS platforms.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.
• 10+ years of relevant experience and leadership of a shared research facility.
• Extensive hands-on experience with high-resolution MS platforms (Orbitrap family).

Responsibilities

• Oversees research staff, students, and facility operations.
• Authors publications, reports, and patents.
• Plans experiments and analyzes findings.
• Prepares proposals and funding applications.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Keeps up-to-date with scientific and technical developments.
• Presents findings at academic conferences.
• Maintains instrument uptime and collaborates with engineers.
