Qualifications

• 1+ year of baking or production kitchen experience; high-volume or mass production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary or baking certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mix, bake, portion, and prepare large-batch bakery products, chocolates, and infused confections
• Follow established recipes and batch records with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain quality control throughout production, including mixing, baking, cooling, and packaging
• Ensure compliance with cannabis dosing, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Track and manage inventory of raw materials and baking supplies
• Document all production activities, including weights, yields, and labeling
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and presentation of finished products
• Support daily production goals and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in accordance with SOPs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
