Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4 10‑hour shifts (6:00 am‑4:30 pm), Occasional overtime on Fridays

Compensation: Starting at $16.50/hour

Flow Distribution is seeking motivated and detail‑oriented Kitchen Staff to join our Edibles Production team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality‑focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced production environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of cannabis‑infused edible products in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and Arizona state cannabis laws. Active Arizona Facility Agent card preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all production and sanitation SOPs for edible manufacturing and cannabis handling.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to batch recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and packaging tools.
• Assist with portioning, molding, cutting, and packaging edible products.
• Label finished goods in accordance with company and AZDHS compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
• Complete production logs, batch documentation, and waste tracking accurately.
• Support daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance policies at all times.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid ServSafe Certification (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

• Food production, baking, or manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Cannabis industry experience: Preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a controlled environment with exposure to cannabis and packaging materials.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass all background checks and hold a valid AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows or production priorities.
